PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa and MasterCard cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to mrbunny.shop.

 

TRANSPORT COSTS

Your packages will be handled via Omniva for all shipment and delivery services.


Latvia

For deliveries in Latvia the postage is always the same, regardless of the quantity ordered. The costs are 5,00 €. For orders of over € 70,00 we don’t charge any costs.


Estonia and Lithuania

For deliveries in Estonia and Lithuania the postage is always the same, regardless of the quantity ordered. The costs are 10,00 €. For orders of over 100,00 € we don’t charge any costs.

Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

The postage is always the same, regardless of the quantity ordered. The costs are 30,00 €. For orders of over 200,00 € we don’t charge any costs.

 

Other Countries

For deliveries to other European countries, please contact us via out contact form or by email (hello@mrbunny.shop).

 

DELIVERY TIME

All orders take a quick 1-3 business days for processing. All items with pre-order status start to process after the set date. Once your order is shipped out, you will get an e-mail.


Within Latvia

Delivery time in Latvia is within 2 - 4 working days.


Estonia and Lithuania

Delivery time is within 2 - 5 working days.

 

CANCELLATIONS

As soon as the order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled. The reason for this is that the orders will be processed immediately, to achieve the shortest possible delivery period. Of course articles can be exchanged or returned, with the exception of customized articles. Read further for more information about our exchange and return policy.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If the merchandise does not meet your expectations, then it can be exchanged. However, there are certain conditions attached to this process.


Exchanges

If the colour or the size of the article does not meet your expectations, then you may exchange your order, or certain products within the order. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you must send an email to hello@mrbunny.shop indicating in writing your intention to return the specific article from your order. In this email you must indicate the specific product(s) that you wish to return and provide us with the order number associated with the order. At this time, you can also inform us of the article that you wish to receive in exchange.


Returns

We strive to deliver the best possible products. If, however, you are unsatisfied with your order (or certain products within an order), then you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order. You must first send an email to hello@mrbunny.shop  informing us of the products you wish to return, the order number of the order. Please also inform us the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our merchandise and our service. Once we have established that the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it into your bank account within 5 working days.



NOTE!

Returned or exchanged products must still have their original labels attached to them, and must be returned in the original wrapping. Articles will not be accepted if: 1. it has been worn or washed, 2. you have attempted to mend a fault or mistake in the clothing yourself, 3. you have not followed the washing or general instructions correctly.

Satisfied customers are of major importance to Mr. Bunny team. In case you have any complaints about our products or services, please let us know. We request you to notify us as soon as possible by email (hello@mrbunny.shop) We will do our utmost to solve the problem as soon as possible, in mutual understanding. When notifying us, please also provide your email address and/ or telephone number, so we can contact you.

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On all offers, orders and agreements of Mr. Bunny attached Terms and Conditions will apply. The acceptance of an offer or the placing of an order imply that the purchaser automatically accepts the stipulations set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
