Kapok is a natural, organic and sustainable material known for its amazing properties. Kapok is heat regulating, breathable and antibacterial. These properties prevent dust mites from living, which is why the 100% is hypoallergenic.
KOPŠANA
To maintain the quality of the kapok blanket, we recommend drying it from time to time. If you dry your pillow for 15-20 minutes every fourth month, it will stay soft and comfortable for longer.
The kapok blanket will become softer over time.
Washing
We do not recommend washing the kapok blanket too often as it is already antibacterial and hypoallergenic. In addition, we do not recommend washing a blanket before it has been used for a while and the kapok fibre has become light and soft.
Wash at a maximum temperature of 40 °C. Use an enzyme-free detergent and avoid using fabric softener. High spinning is important when washing - as little water as possible should be used before drying the laundry. Please do not let it soak or get wet for a long time.
Drying laundry
We recommend drying it immediately after washing. It is preferable to dry it separately.
