INFORMATION ON MATERIALS
Kapok is a natural, organic and sustainable material known for its amazing properties. Kapok is heat regulating, breathable and antibacterial. These properties prevent dust mites from living, which is why the 100% feeding pillow is hypoallergenic.
SMASHING
We do not recommend washing the Kapok feeding pillow too often as it is already antibacterial and hypoallergenic. In addition, we do not recommend washing it before it has been used for a while and the kapok fibre has become light and soft.
Please wash the feeding cushion at a maximum temperature of 40 °C. Use an enzyme-free detergent and avoid using fabric softener. High spin is important when washing - the feeding cushion should contain as little water as possible before drying the laundry. Please do not allow the pillow to be soaked or wet for long periods of time.
DRYING
We recommend drying the feeding pillow immediately after washing. It is preferable to dry it separately.
